Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Strategic Account Managers to drive growth and build trust
- Define and iterate on the Strategic Accounts playbook for public sector expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategy and analyze performance metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing SaaS sales teams
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales or account management experience
- Experience selling into public sector customers is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize patterns and scale strategies
- Experience using Salesforce and outbound sales tools is preferred
