Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales growth goals by contacting prospective small business customers and uncovering sales opportunities
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives through various communication methods
- Maintain and update a database of prospects, identifying key business details and contract expirations
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales and appointment setting experience
- 6+ months of experience working with executives/decision makers via telephone
- Knowledge of telecommunication products and services
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to analyze prospecting files for potential leads
