Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Strategy Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, evaluate, and refine incentive compensation plans across sales, operations, and support functions
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to ensure compensation plans are equitable and aligned with industry standards
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools to track incentive plan effectiveness and alignment with KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's or CCP certification a plus)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in compensation design, preferably within B2B or scientific/technical industries
- Proficiency with compensation analysis tools and/or analytical software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI)
- Basic understanding of compliance, pay equity, and regulatory considerations
