Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Originates and completes mortgage loan applications, ensuring all required information is accurate and compliant
• Determines appropriate loan program placement and prices loans according to company policy
• Maintains communication with clients and referral sources throughout the loan processing period

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or equivalent industry experience
• NMLS registration is required
• Strong familiarity with standard loan products and underwriting guidelines
• Proven ability to generate independent leads for new business
• Ability to maintain a professional image consistent with company policies
