Key Responsibilities
- Support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions in collaboration with Sales associates
- Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
- Coordinate deliveries and address customer inquiries or concerns via sales calls
Required Qualifications
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell
- Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments
- General digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
