Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close sales while handling objections and rebuttals during interactions
• Manage calls from existing customers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
• Assist in resolving customer issues, particularly during escalated or complex calls

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, including closing and negotiation
• 6 months or more of customer service experience with a client solution-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Health Resident License
• Computer experience and a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
