Key Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and manage a sales team of 7-10 Account Executives to maximize subscription-based ARR
- Collaborate with sales leaders to define and execute the optimal sales process for target markets
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration with Business Development, Marketing, and Alliances teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing a field sales team in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Proven success in managing sales of cross-departmental iPaaS solutions to new customers
- Experience engaging with a partner ecosystem to enhance customer value
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise eCommerce or high-growth SaaS companies is a plus
