Job Summary

A company is looking for a Local Connection Consultant-KT (HYBRID).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle local customer service inquiries and engage in inbound and outbound sales activities
• Generate referrals for new sales and upgrades while promoting local events and representing the brand in the community
• Collaborate with other sales teams and support field operations with customer issues and escalations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Retail, Local Marketing, Telecommunications, or Hospitality
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office or other professional software
• High School Degree or GED equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment
