Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director / Vice President - General Partner (Biopharma) US - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand relationships with clients, driving engagement and loyalty
• Manage account ownership and team performance to achieve commercial goals
• Develop growth strategies and innovative solutions to address client needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device sales
• 5+ years of account management experience with a proven sales history
• Demonstrated success in a commercial leadership role achieving targets
• In-depth knowledge of the CRO industry and clinical trial processes
