Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on insurance needs
• Convert sales leads into policyholders by matching the correct coverages and products
• Represent the brand and ensure customers receive appropriate products and services

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years required
• Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
