Key Responsibilities
- Own and operationalize the go-to-market strategy for vertical sales
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on priority verticals
- Set and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while optimizing sales analytics and forecasting
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising or marketing technology, particularly in programmatic advertising
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams
- Experience launching new verticals or go-to-market motions in Ecommerce and B2B sectors
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
- Operational experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics
