Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new 3rd-party partners aligned with go-to-market priorities
- Drive qualified lead generation from partners and collaborate with Sales leadership on high-ROI partnerships
- Launch and manage co-branded marketing campaigns and ensure partner engagement in key events
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS or cannabis tech, focusing on partnerships or business development
- Experience launching and scaling referral or channel programs that drive lead volume
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
- Familiarity with the cannabis retail ecosystem and associated software/services
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a high emotional intelligence
