Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a successful conversion rate by completing 20-30 calls per day focused on closing new business
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by educating potential customers on policy and product offerings
- Act as a brand ambassador, establishing positive experiences and collaborating with the team to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales environment with a proven track record in DTC sales and lead generation
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 30 days of employment
- Adaptable and proactive in problem-solving
