A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and evolving challenges
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, and propose new services that align with client goals
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets, focusing on AI and digital operations
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in enterprise sales, with a proven track record in selling to large tech companies (ideally in BPO, AI, or digital operations)
- Strong understanding of AI, digital transformation, and customer support operations
- Proven ability to close enterprise-level deals (above $1m) and manage the full sales cycle
- Established connections within the Bay Area tech community and experience engaging with senior decision-makers
