Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Sales Operations team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Oversee daily sales operational support and manage sales opportunities within HubSpot
- Analyze sales performance metrics and recommend opportunities for operational improvements
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related fields, with 3+ years in a management role, preferably in the tech industry
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, ConnectWise, and NetSuite
- Proven ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Experience in building sales enablement programs from the ground up
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
