Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help grow its pipeline and reach new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify and allocate inbound and outbound leads across North America
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to book meetings and build a qualified pipeline
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation role in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota-based activity and opportunity metrics
- Experience with Salesforce and tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
- Self-motivated, curious, and resilient, able to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
