A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join their sales enablement team and support the global sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive sales playbooks and enablement materials
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Engage with sales team members to understand their challenges and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a sales environment or customer-facing position
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and sales enablement platforms
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools and basic understanding of sales methodologies
- Previous experience in sales enablement or sales operations is preferred
