Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth execution of daily Sales Operations tasks, including Salesforce data management and reporting accuracy
- Contribute to key GTM initiatives and support cross-functional projects to improve workflows
- Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong command of Salesforce; experience with tools like Ironclad, Salesloft, or ZoomInfo is a plus
- Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Deep understanding of quote-to-cash workflows, including approvals and billing
- Self-starter with a commitment to process improvement and effective prioritization
