Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business sales development for self-funded employers to achieve revenue goals
- Build and maintain relationships with major consulting firms and strategic partners
- Develop and lead RFP strategies that align with client needs and priorities
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience selling complex health benefit solutions to large employers
- Established and active network within national benefits consulting firms and brokerages
- Proven sales leader in group health benefits with knowledge of medical TPA arrangements
- Skilled in presenting to senior executive leadership at large corporations
- Bachelor's degree required
