Key Responsibilities
- Close and manage e-commerce companies on the SaaS platform
- Understand customer needs and represent their interests to factories
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities while managing production schedules
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Sales and Account Management experience, preferably in a startup environment
- 2+ years of experience with a CRM like Hubspot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Experience in the e-commerce industry or FMCG space
- Demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies and exceeding objectives
- Remote-ready with necessary equipment and a stable internet connection
