Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Call Center Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Foster a culture of excellence and engagement while coordinating with executive leadership on strategic vision and performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a scaled inside-sales function with 200+ team members
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
- Market knowledge of AI, Amazon Connect, and comparable telephony solutions
