Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for existing customers, driving revenue growth through effective communication of the value proposition
- Host product demos to identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Manage lead and opportunity pipelines to qualify customers and close upsells and expansions to achieve targets
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-volume, quota-carrying tech sales role with a track record of high performance
- Experience in uncovering customer needs through discovery to drive account expansion
- Strong bias toward action and urgency in achieving results
- Proficiency in using sales tools to manage pipelines and maximize productivity
- Solutions-oriented approach with the ability to handle objections effectively
