Job Summary
A company is looking for a JSM Strategic Sales Director - Americas Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of solution sellers to drive new and expanded business within Public Sector accounts
- Grow and shape the Public Sector JSM solutions team to enhance partnership with the core account team
- Adopt a general manager mindset to coordinate efforts across sales, engineering, product, marketing, and channel partners
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of high-level sales experience
- 3+ years of experience selling or leading a team in the Public Sector (FED/SLED)
- Proven track record of leadership or influence in sales environments
- Ability to inspire growth and vision within teams
- Experience in strategic leadership and team management
