Key Responsibilities
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position the solution
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
- Manage complex sales cycles from start to finish while building strategic customer acquisition plans
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business application sales, preferably in an HR enterprise SaaS environment
- Experience with a 6 month+ sales cycle and a consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
- Experience using tools like Sales Navigator, Discover Org, Outreach, and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree; a master's degree is considered an asset
- Demonstrated experience selling to the C-suite and building long-standing relationships
