A company is looking for a Seasonal Supervisor, Benefit Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises and motivates a sales team to meet performance and productivity goals
- Acts as the first point of escalation for sales process and technical issues, coaching the team on resolutions
- Maintains a positive work environment and ensures compliance in customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a managed care or health insurance environment
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles
- High school diploma required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- Health insurance resident state license required for employment
- Knowledge of Medicare sales and CMS regulations preferred
