Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Business Development - Nearshoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute the Nearshoring Strategy in the LAC region, identifying growth opportunities
- Build a robust pipeline of opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored value propositions
- Engage with corporate clients to understand their supply chain/payment pain points and propose solutions
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of nearshoring, trade flows, and investment trends in LAC
- Experience in B2B payments, supply chain finance, or transaction banking with a proven sales growth record
- Strong background in consultative sales or business development with large corporates
- Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
- 10+ years in commercial sales, business development, or corporate strategy roles in relevant sectors
