A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their Sales Team for the Great Lakes region in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and convert non-booking travel advisors into active clients
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quotas and KPIs
- Collaborate with the Regional Director of Sales to develop target lists and support sales strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in sales or customer service is an asset
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Must reside within the region being supported
