Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for new customer acquisitions in North America
- Build and lead a cross-functional new business team of approximately 10 people
- Engage with C-level prospects in strategic deals and guide the team through complex sales cycles
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
- Experience closing large, strategic enterprise deals, including multi-million-dollar contracts
- Strong background in value-based, consultative selling methodologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, builder mentality
