Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries
  • Prepare meeting agendas and packages, and maintain an updated telephone directory
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients, and assist in special projects
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 - 3 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Comfortable engaging with Sales teams and external clients
