- Proactively drive customer retention by understanding their evolving business needs and addressing challenges
- Own the renewals process, including negotiations and contracting, to extend customer commitments
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within the customer portfolio to enhance value and ROI
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within a SaaS environment
- Proven success in managing and growing revenue with customers
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build business cases
- Experience using Salesforce.com and related sales tools
