Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President (RVP), Enterprise Customer Growth to lead customer expansion across strategic enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and operationalize the customer expansion strategy for the enterprise segment
- Lead and coach a team of Growth Account Directors focused on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
- Guide strategic deal cycles and lead complex renewal and pricing negotiations with executive stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong track record managing and coaching experienced account directors
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue within complex enterprise environments
- Proven ability to lead multi-threaded, consultative deal cycles and negotiations
- Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message
