Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and directly manage a team of Account Executives
- Own and optimize the sales process to improve pipeline quality and conversion rates
- Analyze metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Sales or Sales Operations, with 3+ years in a management role
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales, particularly in an inbound and product-led context
- Experience in creating and refining sales enablement materials and training resources
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Finance and Product
- Interest in leveraging AI to enhance sales processes and team efficiency
