- Create and develop a Sales Engineering talent program, including onboarding and career paths
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading go-to-market teams
- Experience leading Sales Engineering teams across the Americas
- Proven ability to build global programs aligned with sales priorities
- Experience in developing SE Enablement and KPI programs
- CISSP and other industry certifications are desirable
