Key Responsibilities

- Supervises the Groups and RFP Management process to improve revenue generation across hotels
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in client-service industries, focusing on hospitality or a related sector
- Demonstrated success in managing and leading teams across the Americas
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and marketing
