Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales - New Logo & Expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop sales professionals across new business and expansion teams
- Own go-to-market strategy for new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion
- Define and manage KPIs related to bookings, win rates, and quota attainment
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in building and leading direct sales teams, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Proven ability to engage in deals while scaling a team as a player-coach
- Experience with new-logo acquisition and customer expansion strategies
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and CRM best practices
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
