A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert on the platform, ecosystem, and integrations, staying updated on the latest builds
- Provide technical support to Sales, Post Sales, and Partner teams through various channels
- Create customized product demos and proofs-of-concept, presenting solutions to internal and external audiences
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B pre-sales solutions engineering, technical sales, or technical consulting
- Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or Salesforce ecosystems is preferred
- Strong understanding of web components, APIs, webhooks, and front-end development concepts
- Track record of improving processes and elevating team knowledge
- Familiarity with ecommerce tech stacks and common back-office workflows is a plus
