Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention Operations Analyst to perform sales operations functions for renewing business and liaise between the Client Management team and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Process client renewal transactions across all product lines and ensure compliance with regulations
- Communicate renewal experience information and maintain tracking of deliverables for assigned clients
- Participate in root cause analysis of renewal issues and support optional service projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field preferred or at least one year of related experience
- Previous sales operations or benefit service experience preferred
- Audit and/or Quality Assurance experience is a plus
- Knowledge of systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and SFDC applications
- General knowledge of insurance products and procedures for sales operations is desired
