• 3 years of first-line management or experience in sales, sales development, operations, or enablement
• Proven track record of leading teams to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, remote setting
• Growth mindset with a focus on data-driven solutions
• Experience with Salesforce, prospecting tools, and value-based selling methodologies
