Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic engagements with key clients to understand their technology landscape and growth plans
- Serve as the primary liaison for Professional Services, managing relationships and expanding account footprint
- Develop and execute account plans addressing client priorities, ensuring successful project delivery
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of direct sales experience in software or professional services
- Experience selling Observability and Service Management Solutions
- Proven track record in managing client engagements from opportunity identification to contract execution
- University degree or equivalent experience in Information Management or IT-related field
- High-level sales training and certifications preferred
