Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with 1-3 years in a technical pre-sales capacity
- Deep hands-on expertise with Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms
- Experience with Salesforce.com and enterprise SaaS environments
- Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Fast learner with a passion for new technology and simplifying complex concepts for customers
