Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Sales Specialist to manage the renewal process for existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end process for support service contract renewal across a portfolio of customer accounts
- Proactively engage with distributors, partners, and customers to communicate the value of services
- Track renewal metrics and provide insights to improve processes and enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese (C1-C2 level)
- 3+ years of experience in a customer or partner facing sales role, preferably in renewal sales
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related subject, or relevant industry experience
- Proactive and customer-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
