A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from prospective members and convert them into qualified leads and sales
- Follow up with members to address questions and review products and services
- Assist in completing enrollment over the phone while adhering to product requirements and guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- No prior insurance license required; training will provide necessary support to obtain state licenses
- Completion of UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire training classes is mandatory
- Ability to meet performance, attendance, and consumer experience goals
- Must maintain requirements for agent licensure and annual product certification
- Full-time availability with flexibility based on business seasonality
