Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, FI Solutions Business Development & Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and secure new partnerships with banks and credit unions across the U.S
• Develop and manage strategic alliances with ecosystem partners influencing financial institutions
• Drive the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically 8+ years' experience in business development or partnerships within financial services or fintech
• Deep understanding of the U.S. banking and credit union landscape preferred
• Strong network within the financial institution ecosystem is a plus
• Highly motivated, independent, and results-driven
