Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of renewals across global customer accounts
- Develop and execute a structured renewal plan with timely outreach
- Collaborate with Customer Success to align renewals with customer satisfaction and usage
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in renewals, customer success, account management, or services sales
- Proven track record managing renewals at scale in a SaaS or fintech setting
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a value-first approach
- Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ tools, DocuSign, and other contract platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
