Key Responsibilities

- Track and report on partner-influenced pipeline and collaborate with sales leadership
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development, preferably in SaaS or HR technology
- Proven track record of working with advisory firms to drive pipeline and sales outcomes
- Familiarity with enterprise sales motions and third-party advisor influence
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems to track partner activities
- Self-motivated and organized, able to operate in a fast-paced environment
