Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue and achieve sales quotas from new business development and existing clients
- Lead the full business development cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Identify and pursue association memberships to promote the company and develop business
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of consulting sales experience in IT solutions and professional services for the utilities sector
- Strong consultative selling skills and relationship-building capabilities specific to utility clients
- Experience in utilizing a CRM database effectively
- Proven ability to identify key decision-makers and negotiate terms of business
