Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead three Enterprise account management teams: Ads, Mid-Market, and Corporate
• Drive consistent revenue growth and retention across the entire Enterprise portfolio
• Develop and enforce operational processes that support scalability and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or customer success, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience overseeing large, complex books of business with proven revenue growth results
• Strong people leadership skills with a history of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams
• Ability to develop strategies that balance partner needs with long-term business goals
• Experience working for a marketplace company or start-up is preferred
