Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers
• Close sales by presenting solutions that fit customer needs and upsell additional products
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of Inside Sales, Telesales, or Call Center Sales experience
• Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals
• Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
• Strong multi-tasking and CRM/data entry skills
• Available for evening and Saturday shifts as required
