A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
- Design strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Collaborate with various departments to implement campaigns and ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations related to Medicare
- Experience with AI, telephony solutions, and Microsoft Office products
