Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop relationships with financial professionals and third-party administrators to drive sales of retirement plan products
- Prepare and present proposals, conduct retirement plan presentations, and collaborate with internal teams for territory management
- Act as a liaison for clients, ensuring successful installation of new retirement plans and maintaining a high level of expertise in the field
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 2-4 years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in retirement plans and financial services
- Life insurance license required; must obtain Securities Representative licenses (Series 6 or 7 and Series 63) within 6 months
- Proactive selling skills and a high level of professionalism
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize effectively
